My philosophy

My teaching philosophy is “every body type can do yoga”, big, small, flexible, and inflexible. Get Fit With Yoga is about developing your body through yoga. I have dedicated the last few years to training all over the world and teach Vinyasa, Power, Yin, and Acro Yoga. Whether you practice yoga at home, in a studio, on a beach, on a boat, at yoga retreats, on a chair, lying down or if you want to become a yoga teacher yourself – I have something for you!

What can you expect from classes?

All classes are suitable for beginner and intermediate yogis. The goal of each class is to focus fully on yourself, looking inwards as we integrate breath with movement, find some playtime and then finally find relaxation at the end.

What can you expect in Acro Yoga Classes?

Partner, no partner, or first timers – all are welcome to come and fly!

We will cover the basics of Acroyoga; how to base, how to fly and how to support each other as well as lots of fun and flight along the way.

We will elevate each other, take flight, discover new strengths, new ways to communicate and trust, finishing off with some therapeutic Thai massage.

 

In-person, Watford, Bricket Wood and virtual Zoom classes

Classes are held in Bricket Wood at St Stephens Parish Centre, Station Road, Bricket Wood, AL2 3PJ.
